Cam Plank is a Marlborough, MA native and was a 2016 graduate of Marlborough High School where he played 4 years of varsity baseball & 4 years of varsity football. He played both baseball & football his freshman season at Division II powerhouse Franklin Pierce University before transferring to Becker College & focusing on baseball. While at Becker, Plank hit .283/.345/.444 with 5 career Home-runs & 67 RBI over 3 seasons. Plank also had the opportunity to spend time playing in some of the best summer baseball leagues in the country. He played for the Virginia Beach Suns in the Coastal Plains League in 2017, the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod League in 2018 & the Palm Springs Power of the California Collegiate League in 2019. Following his college playing days , Plank signed a contract with the Tupper Lake River Pigs in the Empire League for the 2020 season, an independent league with direct ties to Major League organizations.

Cam will be the Head Coach of both the 12U Navy & 16U teams in 2024.

Wydom is a 2017 Marlborough High graduate where he was a member of the Varsity Golf & Baseball teams. Following graduation, Wydom enrolled at Quinsigamond Community College where he was a member of the baseball team in 2018 & 2019. Wydom was an essential piece of the 2019 QCC team that went to the JNCAA regionals where he pitched a complete game victory in the deciding game.

Wydom will be working with the entire program's pitching staff throughout the year.

Paul will be the Head Coach of the 12U Red team & an assistant on the U16 team in 2024

Cornwell is from is from Hudson, MA and is a 2018 graduate of Hudson High School. During his time at Hudson he lettered in Golf, Ice Hockey and Baseball. Following High School he attended Franklin Pierce University were he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and played Football. Through out his high school career he volunteered as a coach for the yearly Hudson Youth Baseball & Softball clinic.

Cornwell will be the 13U Minutemen Head Coach in 2024. 

 Buchanan is originally from Columbia, CT, and spent his collegiate career at D3 Becker College as a right handed pitcher. Buchanan brings over coaching experience both at the high school & the collegiate level. After his playing days concluded, Buchanan was a graduate assistant at Nichols College. He is currently the Head Coach of the JV Team at St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, MA.

Carter will be the Head Coach of the U15 Minutemen team in 2024.

Mike Ryan is a Marlborough, MA native and was a 2018 graduate from Marlborough High School. While at MHS he played 4 years of Varsity Baseball along with being a captain his junior and senior seasons. Upon graduation he had committed to play baseball at Div II Saint Anselm College. After his freshman year Ryan transferred to Framingham State where he finished out his collegiate career as the captain of the team in 2020 & 2021.

Mike will be the Head Coach of the 11U Minutemen team in 2024.
